Is N.O.-Xplode Really the Key to More Muscle?
It’s no secret increasing nitric oxide levels can enhance your workouts. In fact, it’s among the most coveted supplements in bodybuilding. Nearly every supplement company has tried to harness nitric oxide’s power, and BSN promises they’ve succeeded with N.O.-Xplode.
N.O.-Xplode is a muscle-building, pre-workout supplement that uses vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to increase your nitric oxide production. As this occurs, your blood vessels expand, allowing more nutrients to reach the muscles quicker so you have the fuel to work out harder and longer so you you increased results.
N.O.-Xplode has been around for a long time and if you’ve researched pre-workout supplements, you probably know it’s still one of the most popular out there.
But, with all the new formulas hitting the shelves these days, is it still one of the best for increasing N.O. production?
Who Makes N.O.-Xplode?
N.O.-Xplode is manufactured and sold by BSN, a supplement and nutrition company based in North Carolina. BSN has been in business since 2001, and boasts an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
This is a rarity in the supplement industry. Most companies don’t survive their first year, and many that do have abysmal BBB ratings. BSN is a happy exception.
Furthermore, several BSN products have won consumer’s choice awards from BodyBuilding.com. It looks like BSN is a good company to do business with.
What’s in N.O.-Xplode?
The N.O.-Xplode formula is chock full with more than 30 ingredients. I’ll highlight a few that seem representative of the formula.
Taurine is an amino acid shown to trigger greater nitric oxide production. If you’re low in taurine, the body’s ability to produce N.O. is compromised. By supplying you with more taurine, N.O. production will be both increased and fine-tuned.
Although vitamin B12 provides numerous benefits, bodybuilders should appreciate its effect on muscle growth, strength, and coordination. Vitamin B12 stimulates muscle tissue growth and improves coordination and contraction by maintaining a healthy nervous system.
Any creatine form is welcome in a bodybuilding supplement. Creatine draws water into muscle cells to volumize them and stimulate growth. Creatine-Alpha-Aminobutyric Acid is said to be more absorbent and potent than other creatine forms.
Magnesium improves muscle function. People who are magnesium deficient often suffer from soreness and low energy levels. When present, magnesium develops muscle cell membranes and delivers much-needed potassium and calcium to growing muscles.
These, as well as the other ingredients in N.O.-Xplode, appear to be effective.
I don’t like that the formula is in a proprietary blend, since I can’t determine effectiveness without ingredient quantities. However, customer reviews on sites like eSupplements.com and other supplement sites assure me that N.O.-Xplode was worth trying.
How Much Does N.O.-Xplode Cost?
This is a pretty good price for an N.O. pre-workout supplement, especially one with such positive customer reviews like N.O.-Xplode.
Should You Try N.O.-Xplode?
N.O.-Xplode offers an impressive array of ingredients, complete with backing customer reviews. N.O.-Xplode also tastes great and mixes well. With a variety of flavors, you can probably find one you like. I’ve noticed the best time to take it is probably about 15 minutes before your workout. You’ll feel energized and even motivated to do more and with that additional energy and motivation, you should see better results.
